How frequent are follow-up appointments?
Depending on your needs and health concerns, follow-up appointments can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months apart. For complex chronic concerns, the initial few months of care require a more frequent commitment. After the first few months, the hope is that you will need less frequent appointments and only need to come in for “tune-ups”.
Are services covered under insurance?
Price Naturopathic accepts HSA and FSA as forms of payment, and bills insurance for some labwork. I do not bill insurance for consults and procedures, but provide a superbill on request that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Some insurance carriers cover “out-of-network” providers.
What can I expect to pay for labwork?
Labs can be partially to fully covered by your insurance. Cash-pay discounts are available. Price Naturopathic accepts some PPO plans for blood labs, and co-pay varies depending on your insurance policy. I work with many different lab companies to provide the best options based on your individual needs.
Cancellation Policy
Price Naturopathic follows a strict cancellation policy. We require 48 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations with under 48 hours notice are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within 14 days from original date for a $50 fee. Cancellations without notice (i.e. no shows) will be charged the full cost of the visit and 50% of proceeds will go towards charity.
